Joy became a realtor in 2007 and quickly rose to a Top Producer in just one year. Selling/Buying homes is her passion. She has a bachelors degree and has earned the following designations: Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) Joy loves helping families find their next home or sell their home to move to the location of their needs. Joy was also an Interior Designer, so she is eager to help stage the home to get top dollar for the seller. She and her husband live in Prince William County.
